INDUSTRIAL SWIVEL WHEEL WITH BRAKE "PROFI" SERIES 097NL

SERIES "PROFI" 097NL

“PROFI” SERIES is a popular series of industrial wheels for heavy work, made of rubber with a hardness of about 80 units on Shore A scale. The use of such material, as well as the presence of a cast iron rim, makes it possible to use the wheels in adverse conditions: rough uneven floors and road surfaces, puncture-resistant, resistant to salt solutions, water and alcohol.

Industrial swivel wheels have good maneuverability due to the high-quality material of the contact surface (rubber) and the bracket, in the swivel unit of which a double-row ball bearing is installed.

Industrial wheels for heavy work are equipped with cargo platform trucks, construction and heavy industrial equipment. Rotating swivel wheels are necessary for trolleys, since they make it possible to change the direction of movement (two swivel wheels are needed for moving around spacious rooms, four – for maneuvering in a tight space).

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

DESCRIPTION

BLACK HARD RUBBER WHEELS/CAST IRON

• Swivel bracket made of 5.5mm thick galvanized steel.
• Platform mount with 4 bolts.
• Double-row ball bearing in the swivel unit ensures easy rotation under load.
• Tread made of hard black rubber (hardness 85 ° Shore A), resistant to wear and deformation, provides low rolling resistance on uneven surfaces.
• Rim cast from high-strength cast iron, is resistant to deformation and high loads.
• Roller bearing in the axle perfectly withstands axial and radial loads.

FUNCTIONS

• Industrial wheels for heavy work. Load capacity up to 500 kg.

SUPPLEMENTAL

Information about wheels and operating conditions.
• Wheels are replaceable technical elements attached to equipment, platform trucks, etc. to ensure their mobility. This information applies to swivel wheels intended only for use on non-motorized vehicles and equipment (hereinafter referred to as objects) that are not, as a rule, in constant motion and move at a speed of up to 4 km/h.
• Operating conditions include, first of all, technically correct installation:
– The product must be firmly connected to the object in all places intended for this purpose.
– Swivel wheels must be mounted so that their swivel axis is in a vertical position.
– Non-swivel (fixed) wheels must be mounted so that the wheel axes lie on parallel lines.
– The swivel wheels installed on the object must be of the same type.
– The load on one wheel is calculated using the formula:
Q=((M+m) / (n – 1)) x W
Where:
Q – load on one wheel;
M – weight of the transported cargo;
m – weight of the trolley;
n – number of wheels;
W – safety factor, >1 under non-standard operating conditions.
• The wheel, bracket, brake and fixed systems, as well as the wheel axle are a single functional unit.
• A prerequisite for the correct selection of wheels is the availability of data on all possible loads.
